Comfortable and relaxing

When we arrived at Vista Cay after a very long day of travel, we were thrilled to see how beautiful the condo was. It far exceeded our expectations! Our Orlando vacation was even better than we hoped it would be due to the wonderful accomodations. Beautifully furnished and well appointed - right down to the big, fluffy beach towels, washer/dryer and kitchen! We thoroughly enjoyed returning to this condo at the end of each exhausting day at Disneyworld. Our family would never want to stay in motels on vacations ever again.

A family member is friends with the owner and highly recommened it. We had sucha great time that my family wants to go back soon and we are really interested in staying at the same place. Everyone was nice and helpfull. I don't have one bad thing to say about it at all.

My family enjoyed our stay, the condo was large, CLEAN, and had everything needed for a great vacation. Couldn't ask for more or better. Also , easy check-in and check-out. Would stay again if our travel plans included a visit to Disney!
Excellent accommodation

We spotted this property on the internet but I have to say the photos did not justify the home (its a tribute to the owners). The house is in excellent order, a lot larger than we expected and each room is finished in the finest decor. All mod cons were available for our use and the property was located in a nice secure quiet area while at the same time only 10 minutes drive from Orlandos major attractions. The booking system was simple and the property was serviced very efficiently by the management company on site. We will defintely keep it in mind when we next visit Florida.

We were in Orlando for work, but the house was so great and so comfortable that we seemed to be on our vacation time! We simply loved to stay there and We already guarantee our reserve for 2010!!!

This condominium is LOVELY! It's spacious, clean, warmly appointed, and quiet. The management service was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Orlando. Was a welcome respite from the energy of Disney World.

South View provided us with excellent accommodation for our busy family. The games room was great for the girls to have a place of their own. It was wonderful that South view provided sunshine from morning to night, which was greatly appreciated, as this was one of the coldest weeks Florida had this winter. Thank you for letting us use your lovely villa and for making our stay as pleasant as possible. We hope to come back soon. We found the management company very helpful and polite when we had problems with the washing machine. We had a wonderful time in the villa, it was very homely and well situated. The young at heart enjoyed Disney and the thrill seekers enjoyed Universal. They felt it more suited to what they wanted.

One of my best vacations

The house is beautiful. It made our trip even better because we had the comforts of home at our disposal. The game room was perfect for the kids since it rained a couple of days and they were inside most of the day. They loved the pool also. The house was stocked well with some things we could use while we were here. Thanks for making this one of my best vacations.
Fantastic 2 weeks

Had a fantastic two weeks here, Villa is wonderful, would love to come again. Especially loved the games room and pool/ tub, and it is a great location for everything. In the 90?s every day with a couple of dramatic storms. Visited SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Gatorland, Citywalk, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, Old Town at night, Wet and wild, DownTown Disney and the highlight was Discovery Cove- swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling etc. Ate too much food, did lots of sleeping.
